- After completing checkout, an email will be sent to the recipient. Please ensure that the recipient’s email address is correct. A coupon code will be sent which can then be used to purchase goods on the Mekong+ site. Gift voucher are valid for one year from the date of purchase.
How to Redeem a Gift Voucher
Redeeming a gift certificate is a straightforward process. To redeem, please follow these steps:
- In checkout page.
- Enter the gift voucher (Coupon) code given in the email from us.
- Click on “Apply Coupon,” and the amount on the gift certificate will be applied to your purchase.
